Policies and Procedures
- Pack meetings begin at 6:30 PM every third Tuesday of the month, unless changed
by the Pack Executive Committee. Such changes are announced in advance. Please arrive between
6:20 and 6:30 PM so that the meeting may proceed on time. The
approximate pack meeting length shall be one hour. The meeting is to last no
longer than 1-1/2 hours (unless by exception by the Pack Executive Committee).
- At least one guardian over 18 must attend each pack meeting with their scout
(unless other arrangements are made prior to the pack meeting).
- Boys should sit with their den and must adhere to the Cub Scout Code of Conduct.
Scout siblings must be controlled by their guardian during all scout events.
- Information pertaining to upcoming scout events is presented during
the monthly pack meeting or during den meetings.
- The maximum den size is 9 scouts.
- Pack Executive Committee meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the Sunday following the monthly pack meeting, unless otherwise determined by the Pack Executive Committee.
- Pack dues are to be paid by no later than the October Pack Meeting, unless other
arrangements are made. Boys who have not paid their dues will not be eligible to
receive awards after that meeting. Scholarships may be available for those who cannot afford the dues.
- Guardian volunteers are encouraged to assist in the planning, coordination, and
operation of Cub Scout events. They do not have to be a registered adult leader with
the Boy Scouts of America (BSA).
- All uniformed adult leaders are expected to assist in maintaining order with the
Cub Scouts during any Scout function.
